If you have made a payment to Kanwar Society for membership, donations, event registration, contributions, or any other service and believe that you are eligible for a refund, you may submit a Refund Request.
1. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please provide the following information:
- Full Name
- Registered Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Transaction ID / Payment Reference Number
- Date of Payment
- Amount Paid
- Purpose of Payment
- Reason for Requesting a Refund
- Bank Account / UPI details, where required for processing the refund
Refund requests should be submitted through the official contact details provided on the Kanwar Society website.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in circumstances such as:
- Duplicate payment made accidentally.
- Payment deducted but the intended service or registration was not successfully completed.
- Incorrect payment made due to a technical error.
- Any other situation where Kanwar Society determines that a refund is appropriate.
Donations or voluntary contributions may generally be non-refundable unless the payment was made in error, duplicated, or otherwise qualifies for a refund under applicable law or the Society's policies.
3. Refund Review
Every refund request will be reviewed individually.
Kanwar Society may verify the transaction details before approving or rejecting a refund request. Additional information or supporting documents may be requested when necessary.
4. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, the amount will normally be returned through the original payment method, wherever technically possible.
The time taken for the refund to appear in your bank account, card, or UPI account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution involved.
5. Non-Refundable Payments
Unless otherwise stated, certain voluntary donations, contributions, completed services, or payments made for events that have already taken place may not be eligible for a refund.
6. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe that an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction has been made using your payment method, please contact your bank/payment provider immediately and inform Kanwar Society as soon as possible with the relevant transaction details.
